We worked with Dandara Homes to provide 33 affordable homes, as part of their 108 home development at Wavendon Lodge, to the east of Milton Keynes.We were able to provide a range of properties, from 1 bed flats to 4 bed houses, with a mix of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.
Working alongside Barratt Homes, we delivered 134 new homes for rent and shared ownership at Tingewick Road in Buckingham. The properties comprised of 101 homes for rent, and 33 for shared ownership.
Working with Abbey Developments, we were able to provide 35 new homes on The Hawthorns development in Stoke Mandeville, for rent and shared ownership.
Fairhive Homes were thrilled to provide 45 new affordable homes in Leighton Buzzard, constructed by Bellway homes. The properties included 23 flats and houses for rent, with 22 two and three bedroom shared ownership houses.
Working with Dandara, we're able to provide 30 affordable homes in the village of Naphill, in the former Wycombe District, 6 of which were available for shared ownership.
Work began in March 2021 to convert two sites in Aylesbury, owned by us, into 7 homes which have now been occupied at social rent.
Working with Taylor Wimpey, we delivered 46 new homes for rent and shared ownership at Aston Clinton Road, which were completed in phases up to Spring 2022.
Working with Rectory Homes, we provided 10 new affordable homes in a development of 29 new properties in Wingrave. The affordable housing consists of 8 affordable rented homes and 2 shared ownership houses.
Fairhive Homes were delighted to work in partnership with Barwood Homes to provide 12 affordable Homes in Quainton. 9 of the properties have been rented, including 1 bedroom maisonettes, and 2 and 3 bedroom houses, with 3 homes for shared ownership.
In early 2023, we handed over 16 new apartments in Waddesdon for older residents at social rent. Working with Edgar Taylor, we were delighted to deliver our first scheme achieving an overall rating of EPC A.
In partnership with Dandara, we were able to provide 20 new homes in the village of Stewkley. 15 of the homes were available at affordable rents, with the other 5 being offered for shared ownership.
Working with Kier Homes, we built 24 new homes; 16 for rent and 8 for shared ownership at Risborough Road.
